This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for Server Mango’s products and services.

Refund Eligibility

In general, you are eligible for a refund if you have purchased a product or service from Server Mango and are not satisfied with it. However, there are some exceptions to this policy. For example, you are not eligible for a refund if you have:

  • Used the product or service for more than 30 days.
  • Requested a refund more than 30 days after your purchase date.
  • Violated the terms of service of the product or service.

Cloud Services

Please note that cloud services are non-refundable. This is because cloud services are provisioned on a monthly basis, and you are responsible for paying for the entire month of service, even if you do not use the service for the entire month.

Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible products or services, please contact Server Mango customer support by creating a ticket. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.

Once we have received your request, we will review it and contact you within 5 business days to let you know whether your request has been approved. If your request is approved, we will issue your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions and Limitations

This Refund Policy is subject to the following exceptions and limitations:

  • We may, in our sole discretion, offer refunds for products or services that are not covered by this policy.
  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this policy.
