What Microsoft Windows versions are supported and how do I connect?
All ServerMango Windows Cloud instances include genuine Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2019 Standard editions. Upon provisioning, you receive a dedicated static public IPv4 address and Administrator credentials to connect directly via Windows Remote Desktop (MSTSC on PC, Microsoft Remote Desktop on Mac/iOS/Android) or through our web-based cloud VNC console.
Why does ServerMango disable Hyper-Threading on Windows Cloud nodes?
Most commodity cloud hosts allocate virtual threads (hyper-threads) that share physical execution units and throttle when neighboring instances spike. ServerMango assigns full physical cores operating at 2.9 GHz or higher. This delivers up to 2x more compute capacity per core and, critically, reduces the number of virtual cores required—slashing per-core software licensing fees (such as MS-SQL, Windows Server, and commercial ERPs) by up to 60%.
Can I run Tally Prime, Busy, or multi-user accounting software?
Yes, absolutely! Hundreds of businesses run multi-user Tally Prime, Tally Server 9, Busy, Marg ERP, and QuickBooks on ServerMango Windows Cloud. With low-latency Indian peering, remote accountants experience zero typing lag, smooth report generation, and automated nightly backups.
Are Microsoft SQL Server Web and Standard Editions pre-installed?
Yes. We provide dedicated turnkey Windows SQL Cloud instances pre-configured with licensed Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022 in both Web Edition (cost-effective for web-facing applications) and Standard Edition (for enterprise relational database workloads with high availability).
Can I easily upgrade CPU, RAM, or NVMe storage as my business expands?
Yes. You can scale seamlessly from our 2 vCPU / 20 GB node all the way up to our 32 vCPU / 540 GB titan node. Resizing requires only a brief reboot without reinstalling your software or migrating data.
Where are the physical servers hosted and what is the network latency?
Our Windows Cloud hypervisors reside in our premier Tier-IV datacenter in Noida (Delhi NCR, India). We provide sub-2ms ping across Delhi NCR, sub-18ms in Mumbai, sub-26ms in Bengaluru/Chennai, and direct peering with major national telecom providers (NIXI, Airtel, Tata, Jio).
